What is Mindfulness
Mindfulness is not the same as meditating. It is learned skills that helps children and adults to focus on the "here and now". Check in to your body, not your phone. See what your body is trying to tell you, not what social media wants you to hear. Once you can do this you will gain the ability to know what is best for your children. Then you can set limits. Keep limits for yourself and others around you. Decrease burnout. And help others.
